When ordering from the webstore it is implied that you have read and committed to the currently active delivery terms and accepted all that we have mentioned in the sections below.
We answer emails on weekdays at 10-16 and we try to answer all messages in receiving order and at the latest the next weekday.

Ordering products from the online store happens by adding a product to your cart and paying the cart's content in the payment service. The webstore will guide you with Paytrail to your bank etc. to safely make the transaction.
We hold the right to not accept an order if for example the inventory balance has an error or the product on the website is no longer being sold.
The webshop has the right to not disclose the reason for the cancellation.
Order, payment and order confirmation
Ihkuli webshop uses Paytrail as the payment service and it's payment options are Finnish online bank services, credit cards, MobilePay and invoice.
Once the order has been done and paid for successfully, you will get an order confirmation message to your email.
This requires giving a valid email during the order process.
Ihkuli sells products to adult (of legal age) private people in Finland, excluding Åland. We hold our right to change prices and dispatching costs.
We deliver products through mail.
You can also collect your paid order from our shop "Ihme ja Kumma" which address is Annankatu 10, 24100 Salo, during the shop's business hours
If you choose the collection option you will get a text message to your phone number, when you can collect your order at the earliest.
Our delivery time is 3-8 weekdays. During the weekend unfortunately we do not ship orders or answer emails. We answer emails on weekdays at 10-16 and we strive to answer all messages in receiving order and at the latest the next weekday.
We hold the right to change delivery times for substantial reasons.
We do not answer for delays caused by overpowering hindrances, nor the indirect hindrance caused by the delay.
Fragile product label
If you want a fragile product label for your order/product, you are committing to pay a raised active surcharge.
Products and packaging
All our products are sold in the condition they are in the moment of the sale.
Products are checked, cleaned and packaged carefully for the customer.
Products are recycling products unless stated otherwise.
We use recycled packaging and other packing material for packaging orders.
Reclamation, cancellation and return policy
If a product has been damaged in the mail service's handling, a reclamation has to be done immediately.
The consumer protection law states the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return a product, send a return notice through email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the notice it is required to have mentioned your name, address, order date, product and bank account information.
The returned product needs to be in original condition and it needs to be returned either by bringing it to the shop or by shipping it through mail well packaged within 14 days of the return notice.
An order can be cancelled also if the order hasn't been delivered or shipped yet
Cancelling the order is however a breach of contract which is why we have the right to a compensation.
The compensation cost is 10,00€, which covers the handling costs.
Registry description, terms and data protection policy
Customer information is handled confidentially.
We use the information you have given the site for order handling, marketing, statistics, and email marketing provided that you have joined our mailing list.
We do not hand your data over to third parties. We do not collect unnecessary information.
As a registered customer you have the right to ask for your own information to be deleted from our register.
We also have a client list where you can be removed from, if you wish.

You are not required to give information but it is needed for contacting and making an order.
During ordering process your name, address information, phone number and email will be collected.
Payment information is not visible in our data, only the payment intermediary has that information.
